- To encourage and support the preservation and maintenance of fishing areas within the town of Narragansett and it's vicinity.
- To promote and maintain high standards of good sportsmanship among fisherman of all ages.
- To provide children with a safe, positive learning environment and to encourage good sportsmanship while guiding them to reach their highest potential and to make a difference in their lives.
- To encourage courtesy, proper conduct and respect for our waterways.
- To support research and conservation efforts directed toward safeguarding the population of striped bass and other game fish in Rhode Island
